No time limit, no build minutes, and no account needed to use any of it (that includes PNG and SVG export, which carries a small "made with mokxi.com" badge in the corner on Free; a paid plan is what pays the badge away).

No. The editor, the templates, the gallery, the compiler and Run all work signed out, and your work is kept in the browser as you go. An account adds cloud saving, so your projects follow you between machines, and a link you can share.

More room, and the things you want once the work matters. Unlimited saved projects instead of ten, two hundred saves of history per project instead of twenty, priority support, your name on the work you share, live collaboration for up to five people instead of you and one other person, as many classes as you like for up to ten students between them, and badge-free PNG, SVG and embed exports (Free already gets the export itself, just with a small badge in the corner). No part of the simulator is behind Pro, because no part of the simulator is behind anything.

Teacher: $129 a year, or $14 a month, with forty student seats included. That is you plus forty students, across as many classes as you like, for one flat price. You get everything in Pro, a live room that holds you and your whole class on one project, and your students get Pro’s room while they are in your classes, with no badge on their exports or embeds. We love teachers, and if you are stuck with anything a real person answers. Forty is counted across all your classes, a student in two of them counted once. More than forty students, or several teachers, is Schools & universities: we price it for you.

Yes. Make a free account, open the class page, and press Start 30-day free trial. For thirty days one class of up to forty students gets the Teacher plan’s class tools, and your students get Pro’s room while they are in it. There is no card to enter, and it is once per teacher account. When it ends nothing is deleted: the roster and the submissions stay readable, and the class page shows how to keep it going.

Yes. Once per account you can try everything in Pro free for seven days, with no card. You are offered it when you reach a limit of the Free plan, and signed in on Free you can start it from this page. When the trial ends you are back on Free and nothing is deleted: projects past the limit stay open to read.

That is Schools & universities: more than forty students, several teachers, a school, a district or a university, priced for you. Press Talk to us and a person will walk you through it, or put your number into the calculator on the classroom page for a written quote in minutes (the seats go on the account of the teacher who asks, so each teacher with classes asks for their own), as a PDF, with volume pricing, payable by card or by purchase order and net-30 invoice. Every student gets everything in Teacher, plus the class collaboration with no people limit, and we sign your data privacy agreement and help set up your rosters.

One student. Your own place in the class is not charged for, so a class of thirty students is thirty seats and holds thirty-one people. The Teacher plan includes forty of them for one flat price. A seat is not a license for life either: remove a student who has left and the seat is free for the next one.

Running a circuit through the Mokxi API counts its simulated time toward a monthly allowance: 100 minutes a month on Free, 2,000 on Pro and Student, and 2,000 on Teacher and Classroom, shared by the teacher and the students in their paid classes. Schools and universities can have more; talk to us. The count starts over on the first of each month, a run that starts under the limit always finishes, and you are never charged for going over. None of this touches the editor: simulations in your browser are unlimited on every plan.

Any time, from your account page, without writing to anybody. Manage billing opens Stripe’s own portal, where the card, the invoices, the plan and the cancel button live. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account page says which day that is. On a school’s plan the number of students changes on the account page itself, and Stripe works out the part of the period.
