Every board, every part, the breadboard, the wires, the compiler in the tab, the serial monitor, sharing by link, private projects and a public profile page. What is capped: ten projects saved to your account and the newest twenty saves of history per project to open and restore. Older saves are still kept, up to two hundred, and show in History with a padlock. A signed-in Free account can also share a live project with one other person. PNG and SVG export work on Free too, and with no account at all: the one difference is a small "made with mokxi.com" badge in the corner, which a paid plan pays away. You do not need an account at all to use it. That is not a trial; signed out is a supported way to work. Classes and the teacher tools are not on Free: making a class, the roster, handing work out, the wall, auto-graded checks and the roster and gradebook CSV exports come with Pro and Teacher. A Free account can join any class as a student, and a teacher can try all of it free for thirty days with the 30-day trial. A class a Free account made before this changed keeps working: its roster, hand-outs, hand-ins and feedback stay, and the wall, the checks and the CSV exports need Pro or Teacher. ## Pro, $10 a month $100 a year, shown on the cards as $8.33 a month. It adds: - Live collaboration, up to five people on one project including you - Unlimited classes, ten students between them, a student in two of them counted once, with the class tools: the roster, handing work out, the dashboard and its wall, auto-graded checks, and roster and gradebook CSVs - Unlimited saved projects - Two hundred saves of history per project, all of them open to restore, including the ones kept while you were on Free - PNG and SVG export with no badge (Free already exports both, badged) - Embedding with no badge - Priority support - Your name and profile on the work you share ## Teacher, $129 a year Or $14 a month, with 40 student seats included: you plus forty students, one flat price, across as many classes as you like. It is the plan for a class. It adds: - Everything in Pro, for you - Up to forty students between all your classes, a student in two of them counted once, and as many classes as you want to sort them into - Pro's room for your students while they are in your classes: unlimited projects, two hundred saves each, Pro's blocks and live room, and no badge on their PNG, SVG and embed exports - Live collaboration with the whole class: your live rooms hold you and all forty students on one project, on any project of yours - A class roster, handing a starter project to a class, checks that grade every submission, and the teacher dashboard Teacher is paid by card, and there is nothing to count on it: no seats to change, just forty. We love teachers: if you are stuck with anything, a real person answers, from support or the walkthrough form on /classroom. A school that pays by purchase order can have the Teacher plan on an invoice too: ask for a quote under the calculator on /classroom. For forty students or fewer the quote is the Teacher plan, $129 a year, never a per-seat price. The Teacher plan is one teacher's; it is not shared between teachers. ## Schools & universities: Custom For more than forty students, several teachers, a school, a district or a university. There is no price on the card, because we price it for you. It adds, on top of everything in Teacher for every student: - Class collaboration: the whole room on one project, with no people limit - Several teachers, each with their own classes - Purchase orders and net-30 invoices - A signed data privacy agreement - Help setting up your rosters - Volume pricing There are two ways in, both on /classroom. Press Talk to us and a person will walk you through it; a real person replies within one working day. Or type your number of students into the calculator and fill in the quote form under it: a written quote for your school comes back in minutes as a PDF, with its price on it, and your school pays it by card or by net 30 invoice. The seats switch on when the invoice is paid. You pay for the students; the teachers' own seats are not charged for. Once it is on, the number of students is changed from your account page, and Stripe works out the part of the period. ## Student, $5 a month Pro at half the price, verified with a school email address. $50 a year, shown as $4.17 a month. It is not a fourth column on the pricing table because it is not a different plan: it is Pro, at a student's price, for somebody who has proved they study. See the student discount. ## Regional prices Pro, Student and Teacher cost less where money goes further. The countries are grouped by the World Bank's income levels: 30% off in upper-middle income countries, 50% off in lower-middle income countries and 60% off in low income countries, and the full price everywhere else. A school's quote is the same price everywhere. The pricing page shows your price with your country named under it: "Regional price for India: 50% off." Which country is read from your connection, not chosen on the page, and the card that pays should be from the same country. If it is from a country with a smaller discount, the next bill is at that country's price; the one you already paid stands. Where a discounted month would be so small that most of it would go on card fees, only the year is offered at the regional price. A yearly bill pays the card fee once instead of twelve times. Today that is the student month in the 60% countries: the student price is $20 a year there, and Pro is $4 a month. ## The class seat caps Separate from the project caps, and worth knowing before you plan a lesson: Plan People in one class Classes you may own Free none of its own; joins any class 0 Pro 11 (ten students and you) no limit Student 11 (ten students and you) no limit Teacher 41 (forty students and you) no limit School (quoted) 200 20 The teacher counts as one of the people in the class. On the Teacher plan the forty students are counted across all your classes, so forty is forty between them however many classes there are. On a school's plan the cap is the students paid for plus the teacher, so a quote for sixty students runs classes of sixty between them, and the teacher on top. The students are counted across every class you own, once each: thirty paid for is thirty between all your classes, not thirty in each. A class set larger than the plan covers keeps everybody already in it and stops letting new people in, and the class page says so with a link to the account page. A student in a class whose teacher is on Teacher or a school's plan (or is in the 30-day trial) gets Pro's projects, saves, blocks, live room and badge-free exports and embeds while they are in it, on their own free account. ## Live room sizes A different limit from class seats: this is how many people may be in one live room on a project at once, whoever's class they are in. See rooms. ## Changing plan Through Stripe's own customer portal, from your account page. See billing. ## What happens to your work They stay. Nothing you built is deleted or locked because a subscription ended. If you end up over the free plan's saved-project count, everything stays readable and exportable; you just cannot add another until you are back under it. Any project can also be saved to a file and opened again anywhere with no account at all.
